I love french fries, and I was really excited when I found sweet potato fries. BUT, carrot fries are the bomb!! And they are very easy to make. I enjoy them best with my Carrot Apple sauce.
regular size carrots
1 tbsp oil of choice
- slice the carrots thin
- coat them with oil
- place them in oven on 450 degree for 45 min or until crispy
- drain on paper towel enjoy!
