My Eating Guidelines
Diets are dumb, and I have just changed my whole way of thinking about food. Many of my guidelines that I'm going by are just going to be common sense. I am going to change this every now and then of course.
- Eat clean: can be grown, comes from an animal, can spoil or get old (no dairy)
- Eat until I'm satisfied, not stuffed
- No food after 8
- Veggies in every meal
- 64 oz of water
- Carbs: 125
- No carbs for dinner
- Coffee black, mocha only with pure baking cocoa, stevia, and almond milk(reg milk if I run out)
- (1)Junk meal on Saturday, eat until I'm satisfied, not stuffed
- 5 to 6 small meals
