My Eating Guidelines


Diets are dumb, and I have just changed my whole way of thinking about food. Many of my guidelines that I'm going by are just going to be common sense. I am going to change this every now and then of course.

  • Eat clean: can be grown, comes from an animal, can spoil or get old (no dairy)
  • Eat until I'm satisfied, not stuffed
  • No food after 8
  • Veggies in every meal
  • 64 oz of water
  • Carbs: 125 
  • No carbs for dinner
  • Coffee black, mocha only with pure baking cocoa, stevia, and almond milk(reg milk if I run out)
  • (1)Junk meal on Saturday, eat until I'm satisfied, not stuffed
  • 5 to 6 small meals
