I Work Out

My life is crazy, so just about every month, I have a new workout schedule. I have a gym membership, but I am not always able to make it to the gym. I workout at home sometimes with free workout vids on YouTube or jogging outside. You basically have to make it work for you, and it depends on how bad you really want it. I am NOT a morning person, but lately I have been taking 6am workout classes at the gym. I have not been going 5 days in a row as I planned(LOL), but I am making some decent progress. BTW I stink at jogging.


SUNDAY - Rest Day
MONDAY- Jog on and off for 60min (maybe a Barre Fit class if I can wake up for it)
TUESDAY- Leg Day, 45 min Tabata Class
WEDNESDAY- Total Strength/Cardio Class 45min
THURSDAY- Leg Day, 45min Cardio Class
FRIDA - Jog on and off for 60min, 45min Strength/Cardio Class
SATURDAY- Jog on and off for 60min

I know it looks crazy. I enjoy taking fitness classes because it pushes me to actually finish a workout. Plus you have professionals to let you know what your doing right/wrong and what works. I do a great mixture of cardio and strength training because I'm still trying to loose some more fat and gain muscles. I am not trying to be skinny(my husband would leave me LOL). I would like my clothes to fit right. You know, I would like to wear a skirt and it not be pinching or rising over my bulge. Eventually I would like to gain more muscle, so I never to straight intense cardio because you burn muscle when you do that. I only have leg days because those are the biggest muscles we use and I need to utilize heavier weights than I would with arms, back, etc. Everything else I take care of in most of my classes.
